Our web-based server automatically does all the collecting, calculating, processing, and reporting quickly and accurately.
Program Features
Administrator Audit Trail
Review an Audit Log report of punch corrections and changes made by supervisors on employee time cards. The Audit Log displays the date, time, login ID used, remote IP address, and the action made by the user for individual time card alterations for the past 30 days.
Automatic Lunch Deduction
Set a standard daily deduction of lunch minutes for each employee. The lunch deduction is triggered by an amount of minimum consecutive hours worked for the day. Employees may also punch out to deactivate the automatic deduction and take a personal amount of time for lunch.
Bulk Employee Import
Enter an entire list of new employees into your account through a quick copy-and-paste action from an Excel spreadsheet. The Bulk Import spreadsheet can contain all employee data or simply the standard names and badge card numbers of employees.
Clock Display Options
Setup time clock prompts to gather data from an employee at clock-in or clock-out, such as a department number or tip amount. Up to three labor filtering layers can be set in addition to the three layers for numerical entries, such as tips or piece rates. The information will consequently appear in time cards and reports for editing and payroll processing. Feature: Setup two separate sets of clock prompts, making one set available to a group of employees and the second set available to a separate group.
Convert Regular Pay to Holiday
Designate a day as a Holiday to categorize all hours worked as Holiday hours worked.Feature: Holiday hours worked can be assigned a pay wage adjustment of 1.5x or 2.0x. All pay categories may also be upgraded to count towards OT at 1.5x or 2.0x the regular pay wage.
Custom Pay Categories
Add company-specific pay categories to your account, beyond the standard pay categories regular, sick, etc. Custom categories will facilitate enhanced time tracking and reporting capabilities.
Daily Auto E-Mail
Subscribe your supervisors and administrators to daily e-mail reports. Subscriptions may be setup to be sent with differing supervisor-specific information for particular departments and employees.
Employee Time Card Online
Permit your employees to view their current and previous time cards from their own web browser via the WebClock. Feature: Authorize an employee to view AND edit his/her personal time card via a supervisor login status.
Exception Box
Allow supervisors to dismiss "exception flags" on employee time cards.
An exception icon and statement can be setup to "flag" certain employee behaviors. Use the exception box to give a supervisor the ability to dismiss the flag icon and text entry which has been setup for the exception.
Freeze/Unfreeze Punches
Freeze, or lock, any pay period or a date range to protect these historic records from any adjustments made to current account settings. Adjustments made to the current settings of the account can affect all historic records if left unfrozen. Unfreezing your punches will update all data to the account's current settings.
Job Cost Tracking
Track your job labor via three clock-in/clock-out filtering layers.Each layer acts to filter categories, codes, and gather data for job reporting needs. A typical example of using collection prompts is: "Enter Location" - "Enter Department" and "Enter Job Code."
For additional collecting capabilities, three layers of data gathering may be setup for numerical entries, such as a tip amount or piece rate.

Track your labor distribution via three clock-in filtering layers.Each layer acts to filter categories and codes for departmental reporting needs. A typical example of using labor prompts is: "Enter Location" - "Enter Department" and "Enter Job Code." For additional collecting capabilities, three layers of data gathering may be setup for numerical entries, such as a tip amount or piece rate.
Missing Punch Tracking
Use the quick-reference Missing Punch counter next to your employee list to immediately see any missing punches in your company. Employees with missing punches will appear red in the employee list and the total amount of missing punches is shown for each employee.
Multiple Pay Rates
Assign your employees separate pay rates for labor performed in differing departments. An employee may be setup with up to four separate pay rates, which hinge upon four separate labor departments. If necessary, through script writing, additional employee rates are feasible.
Multiple Time Zones
Setup your timekeeping account across multiple locations and time zones. Company locations with hardware time clocks residing in differing time zones can be adjusted to report the appropriate times.
Numeric Data Gathering
Gather up to three separate numerical entries from employees upon clocking in/out, such as a tip amount or piece rate.Numerical data entries are not restricted to any format such as a dollar amount and will be visible in reports and time cards.
Online Administration
Perform all your editing and reporting online via your user login account. Supervisor accounts may be setup with multiple levels of editing and viewing capabilities. User accounts may also be configured to a specific department, location, or supervisor name.
Online History Archives
Access both recent and historical date ranges for reporting and revision needs. Any day, pay period, and sequence of time may accessed for reporting options.
On-Site Time Clock
Take your time clock to remote locations to for punch collecting. The time clock requires only a direct power source to collect punches such as a car adapter or standard power outlet. Gather your data at one location, then send it at a later point in time via any regular analog phone connection. The time clock is programmed to transmit daily, but may hold up to 5000 punches before transmitting.
Out-Punch Auto-Complete
Allow employees to clock directly into a new department, without having to clock out of the current one. "Outpunch completion" is ideal for employees moving between departments throughout the day. An employee can clock into the next department and the program will automatically insert the out punch.
Overtime Calculating
Assign overtime calculations based upon a company-wide, department, or individual setting. Many variations exist for overtime calculations. Standard, state-wide, and company-specific combinations of overtime are all available to a certain level through standard setup options, feature variations, and custom scripting.
Pay Period Options
Setup your account with any standard pay frequency. A company can select from weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly, or monthly pay frequency cycles.
Feature: When running company reports, any date range can be processed, regardless of compatibility with a pay frequency.
Feature: At any point in time, a company pay frequency can be changed to adjust all current and historic records.
Pay Rate Override
Allow supervisors to set a different pay rate for a certain punch series, or day.
The default pay rate can be replaced by a manually entered pay rate for an in-to-out punch series. Additionally, other manual editing features may be applied to a punch series or time card: dollar amount entry, punch time entry or correction, department change, and changes to any other custom category setup within the account.
Payroll Software Interface
Obtain a software-specific activity file for the pay period simply and quickly.
Activity files can be provided as easily as designating the format name and clicking "submit."
Punch Entry Methods
Gather employee punches via your PC online, a PIN code, badge swipe, or personal SSN. All punching methods may be used simultaneously with proper authorization.
Feature: Have a specific set of employees clock in using the 1 and 2 keys and a second set using the 4 and 5 keys. This will allow a certain set of prompt questions to be presented to the first group, such as a tip prompt, and a second set of questions to the second group, such as a department question.
Punch Location Stamping
Setup a time clock stamp number to identify and report all punches from each separate time clock.
Time clock stamp codes will appear on time cards and in reporting options to assure that punches are occurring in the appropriate locations.
Punch Rounding Options
Assign punch-time rounding to your company and differing departments.
Choose from a standard list of rounding windows in increments of 60. To define more in detail, differing rounding windows may be setup for the in and out punch, and if needed, rounding rules may differ before and after each individual punch.
Feature: Setup one standard daily rounding schedule for each employee's labor times.
Scheduling Options
Assign employees a single standard daily rounding schedule.
The standard schedule will round employee in and out punches to the defined schedule start and finish times.
Shift Pay Differentiation
Track employee labor throughout multiple departments, locations, and shift times.
An employee may be assigned up to four pay rates for labor worked in four differing departments or pay rates may be adjusted based upon the specific shift time being worked.
Supervisor Accounts
Create multiple supervisor accounts to manage specified responsibilities across departments and locations.
Supervisor accounts may be limited or possess full privileges as needed. A typical supervisor account may have the ability to view and edit employee time cards for one or two departments, but may not have been given access to view employee wages.
Time Card Administration
Track employee punch times, exceptions, labor distribution, categorical payments and labor changes as they take place for online editing.
All employee data collected becomes available for online supervisor editing and reporting.
WebClock IP Restrictions
Restrict online employee punching to a desired group of PC's via the computer IP address.
WebClock punching can be specifically assigned to only certain company or personal PC's with IP filter restrictions. Although an employee may continue to view their time card, the program will reject a punch from unauthorized PC's.
WebClock Punching
Allow your employees to clock in and out or view their personal time card online via a PC. Employees may view both the current and previous time card. As a security measure, setting IP restrictions allows employers to restrict employee punching to only PC's of choice.
